- What is a run of show?
- A run of show is the minute-by-minute schedule for an event: every cue, who owns it, how long it runs and when it starts. It is the script the whole team follows on the day, from doors to load-out.
- How do the times calculate?
- Set a start time on your first cue and each following cue starts when the previous one ends, based on its length. You can type a fixed start time on any row to anchor it, and everything after recalculates.
- Is this run of show builder free?
- Yes. The builder is free with no account. Your work saves to this browser, and you can print it or copy it as text. Sign up for Event70 when you want to share it with a team and run it live on the day.
- Can I download or print my run of show?
- Use Print to export a clean copy to paper or PDF, or use Copy to drop a plain-text version into email or a group chat. In Event70 you can also share a live link your whole crew follows.
