These terms cover your use of Event70, the app and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

This is a general summary and is not legal advice. We will update these terms as the product evolves.

Event70 is software for planning and running in-person events: a run of show, planning checklist, guests and RSVPs, budget and vendors, and a day-of command center.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may change, add or remove features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Use the service lawfully. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, disrupt it for others, or use it to store or send unlawful or harmful content.

You are responsible for the event and guest data you put into the service and for having the right to use it.

The free plan is free to use within its limits. Event70 Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our pricing page.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and moves you to the free plan; your data stays in your account.

You own the event data you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display it back to you and the people you share it with, so we can provide the service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for how your event runs on the day.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms and will note the effective date when we do. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
